Brandon Yager
Hi there, I’m Brandon - a High Performance Coach and Master Trainer. Nothing fires me up more than helping entrepreneurs navigate tough sales conversations, boldly communicate their wants and desires, and negotiate like a champion (okay, except my wife.)
My life was forever changed at 11-years-old when my father came home to announce he’d gotten laid off. I watched a brilliant man succumb to societal norms and lose his livelihood. I knew this wasn’t a path I wanted, and I was determined to play the game differently.
I was fortunate to have my Grandfather mentor me at a young age to chase my entrepreneurial dreams. I started my own real estate company at the age of 18 and experienced quick personal success. The problem? Money flowed in the door, but I couldn’t keep it.
Over the years, I was working, grinding, and hustling - and crumbling under inherited beliefs around money, sales, and success. This bled over to other areas of my life, too. Most notably, my romantic partnership at the time was dwindling to an end, and my health.
I was deeply craving something more, which led me to NLP. I emerged from my first training with a new level of skills and a wildly upgraded mindset. Even better, at my next NLP training, I met Deb - the love of my life, and focused on my health, getting fit physically and mentally.
As I continued leveling up and mastering my skills, I realized my gift for communication. I got crystal clear on how to connect with people, move through a sales conversation, and close a deal. And I was able to put this into a powerful process that can be taught to anyone.
Today, I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs, especially those in traditional careers like real estate, to change their limiting beliefs and carve their path to excellence.
My philosophy is pretty simple: set big goals, go after those goals with focus and intention, stay open to feedback and new learnings, and most importantly - TAKE MASSIVE ACTION.

Hey, I’m Deb. I’m a Master Trainer, Performance Coach of NLP, and co-Founder of Yager Training.
While today my bio might look flush with success, it certainly didn’t start that way. I grew up in Missouri with a loving family, but like many young women, I fell into the wrong crowd. Addiction, toxic relationships, and massive debt consumed my life. My former identity: illiterate, (drug)-addicted stripper & sex worker.
In those years, I hit rock bottom a thousand times and didn’t even realize who I was anymore. I only saw two paths before me: end up in prison, or end up dead. When the student is ready, the teacher appears, two beautiful mentors, also trainers of this work, enrolled me into my greatness; they didn’t see the flaws and the scarcity I was choosing to live by. I had lots of great reasons and excuses why I couldn’t change my life, relationships, but instead, with the power of the tools you will learn in Life Alchemy, Level 1 Retreat, I slowly became more empowered, more confident, and I chose to stop being a victim and living in victim consciousness. I know my story may seem extreme to some, but we all have a part of us that is waiting to come out and become fully expressed and harnessed. Our proven transformational process and coaching tools changed my life, and they can transform yours if you're ready to expand beyond what you thought was possible.
